7 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE  POLICY  



Issues Related to Empty Box / Missing Product / Wrong Product Delivered/ Defected Product Delivered Complaints will only be accepted for RETURN against refund, all other requests will be rejected.


360 Degree Parcel Opening Video is must in case of any such issue.

 Attention :!  Please note that we provide support only through our support page found here , All telephone numbers present on the internet claiming to be ATTITUDIST are fraudulent numbers doing credit/debit card fraud. Never hand out any information to them

 

If your order is delivered but your order status is not delivered . So we would request you to please wait for 2-3 days your order status will be updated as sometimes it takes sometime for courier company to update shipping status . You don't need to worry your 7 days for return will be counted after your delivery status is updated . Kindly be patient .

 

HOW TO PLACE EXCHANGE REQUEST ?

 You can go to our home page of our website and scroll down and click on

Request refund/exchange

 

After that you can fill your order id and the mobile number you used while placing your order .

 

 

 

After that you can select on the exchange option . 

 

 

After that you can select the reason for placing the exchange request  .

 

  • SIZE NOT FIT :  If the product you have received is not perfectly fit for your feet , So then you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request . 

 

  • DEFECTED ITEM : If the product delivered to you is not perfectly looking and you feel that the product is defective , you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request . Please share the unboxing videos with the images of the product received .

 

  • WRONG ITEM : If the product delivered to you is not the same as the product you order and any different article is delivered to you , you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request . Please share the unboxing videos with the images of the product received .

 

  • INCOMPLETE COMBO RECEIVED : If you have placed an combo order but you haven't received the complete order then you can select this order and it is mandatory to attach 360 DEGREE UNBOXING  , so that our team can properly investigate and provide you with the best solution .

 

  • EMPTY BOX RECEIVED : If you've received an empty box , you can raise this complain with us and it is mandatory to share the 360 DEGREE UNBOXING VIDEO . So that our team will properly investigate and provide you the best solution . 

 

 

 After that you can select the reason for placing exchange request and attach all the required images and videos .

Required Images to place EXCHANGE REQUEST

1- IMAGE (1) :- Box image with shipping label and AWB number on shipping label should be clearly visible (to identify that you received the order from us only)

2-IMAGE (2) :- Full image of product  (to identify that you received the product of our brand)

3-IMAGE (3) :- Angle (i) Complaint area should be visible to identify the problem (for example - if defected then defected part should be visible and photo should be taken from 1 angle)

4-IMAGE (4) :- Angle (ii) Zoom image of product which has defect or issue to identify and validate your request ( for example if size delivered to you is not that you have ordered then delivered product size should be clearly visible and photo should be taken from 2 angle )

NOTE :- If all required images and videos not uploaded at the time of placing request your EXCHANGE REQUEST will be rejected . 

After that you can select how do you want to exchange . Whether you want to exchange the same product with size & colour or you want different order . 

 If you select exchange same item for different size/colour/option , then you would be redirected to this page and from here you can select your correct size and colour .

If you select exchange with different pair then you would be redirected to this page and from here you can select any other item you want in exchange .


Then confirm the address for pickup and proceed with the request .

 

 

That's it your exchange request will be placed . Your return will be picked up from your respective address within 2-3 days after your return is approved .

Your exchange order will be processed when your return is delivered to our warehouse .

Exchange is only possible once per order and we do not accept exchange for used products .

Kindly take acknowledgement slip from the courier boy at the time of return pickup .

 

Important *  If any customer has placed second time return /exchange request against the same order then customer needs to self ship his order to our warehouse and the courier charges for the self shipment will not be payable *

 

  1. Where should I self-ship the Exchange orders?

You can self ship your exchange orders to the following address :

Address : NFC_ATTITUDIST DTDC fulfilment centre, 27/9 Internal road , behind fun and food village, kapashera, Delhi Delhi IN 110037

NOTE-Please do not ship your product by post office we will not be responsible for such products, only ship with a registered post.

P.S :- Please do not ship any products to the above address until & unless your pin code falls under NSZ( Non- Serviceable Zone ) or you've placed second time request for reverse pick up once you initiate an exchange.

  1. When will I receive exchange order  ?

Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your return will reach our warehouse and your exchange order id will be shared with you .

 

 NOTE-A quality check will be done at the time of return pick up and if product will pass the QC then only pick up will be done.

 QC Guidelines-1-Product should not be in used condition

                           2-Tag should not be removed or damaged.

                           3-Product should be packed in the Brand Box in the similar way in that the product has delivered to you.
