Login to your account on our website and initiate Cancellation Request for your order.
Important – Cancellation is only possible if product is not shipped from us. If your order has already been shipped from our end, then we will not ACCEPT your request.
*Refunds for PREPAID Orders will be done to your store wallet.
You'll be provided with store credit which will be valid for lifetime and you can use it whenever you further want to shop with us, you can see your store wallet balance whenever you will login to your account and use it by just clicking the checkout button available under store credit option.
HOW TO CANCEL ORDER ?
Login into your account , with otp you'll receive otp on your registered mobile number .
After logging in you can check all the orders .
Then click on cancel , for the order your want to cancel . Give confirmation for cancelling your order .
Your order is cancelled !
Please do not raise cancellation request with us , once your order is shipped as it is difficult to hold orders which are already shipped from our warehouse . We hope you'll understand and we'll continue serving our best to our customers .
Q. How can I cancel my order / Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, you can cancel the order after you placed it. Go to the “ My orders” section of your ATTITUDIST account and under the order, you will be able to view the “ Cancel “ option. Once you click on that, your order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed in your store wallet, if it’s a prepaid order. Refunds normally take between 2 – 3 business days
In case of COD order , just click on the cancel button & your order will be cancelled. Kindly note no cancellation can be made after the order has been marked as “Packet Ready for Dispatch”.
Q. Why was my order cancelled?
Unfortunately, in some cases ATTITUDIST might be forced to cancel an order due to inevitable circumstances such as : non availability of the product , non-delivery of the order due to restrictions etc.
