**IMPORTANT NOTE – If you have received your tracking details and shipment status as Out for Delivery but delivery not yet attempted by courier company then give a missed call on 011-3456785678 from your registered phone number for a reattempt. We will escalate this issues and reattempt will be done ASAP.

We are a handcrafted shoes manufacture based in Agra and in order to provide you the lowest price possible, we manufacture products on order basis. That is the reason, it takes 10-21 days for an order to be delivered, depending on the inventory at hand.

We appreciate your patience and try our level best to make sure that our products are worth the wait.

Order Tracking Notifications – When order is shipped from our warehouse, its tracking details are automatically sent to your registered email address and mobile number. Please keep a track of order tracking from your registered phone and email.

Q. Why do you take 10-21 days to deliver?


It is always our endeavor to provide the trendiest designs at affordable pricing without compromising on the quality. Because of this, we are always flooded with orders and so sometimes it might take some time to dispatch your order.

But we guarantee that the products will be worth the wait.

Q. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER .

When your order is shipped from our warehouse , your tracking link is share with your over WhatsApp . You can easily track your order through that link . If you haven't any notification as your order is shipped that means your order is under processing  . We would request you to please  be patient .

Q. How can I pay for my order at ATTITUDIST?


We support the following payment options at ATTITUDIST :

* Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
* Credit Card
* Debit Card
* Internet Banking
* E – Wallet (STORE CREDIT)
* UPI

 

Q. How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?


To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes and upto a maximum order value of Rs.10000/-. However the COD option may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customer’s registered email id. For avoidance of doubt, ‘Order Rejection Percentage’ shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer. In such scenarios a customer will not be provided a COD (Cash On Delivery) payment option and customers will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.

 

Q. Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?


If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

* Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

* However the COD option may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customer’s registered email id. (Order Rejection Percentage shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer).

 

Q.  If prepaid order gets RTO , how will I get my refund ?

*Refund will be done to your source account, once your undelivered product deliver to our warehouse.
