Issues Related to Empty Box / Missing Product / Wrong Product Delivered/ Defected Product Delivered Complaints will only be accepted for RETURNS, all other requests will be rejected.

If your order is delivered but your order status is not delivered . So we would request you to please wait for 2-3 days your order status will be updated as sometimes it takes sometime for courier company to update shipping status . You don't need to worry your 7 days for return will be counted after your delivery status is updated . Kindly be patient .

 

HOW TO PLACE RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST ?

 You can go to our home page of our website and scroll down and click on

Request refund/exchange

 

After that you can fill your order id and the mobile number you used while placing your order .

 

 

 

After that you can select whether you want to return the order or get it exchanged

 

 

After that you can select the reason for placing the exchange/ return request  .

 

  • SIZE NOT FIT :  If the product you have received is not perfectly fit for your feet , So then you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request .  360 DEGREE UNBOXING VIDEO IS NOT NECESSARY IN THIS  REASON .

 

  • DEFECTED ITEM : If the product delivered to you is not perfectly looking and you feel that the product is defective , you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request . Please share the unboxing videos with the images of the product received .

 

  • WRONG ITEM : If the product delivered to you is not the same as the product you order and any different article is delivered to you , you can easily select this option and proceed further with your request . Please share the unboxing videos with the images of the product received .

 

  • INCOMPLETE COMBO RECEIVED : If you have placed an combo order but you haven't received the complete order then you can select this order and it is mandatory to attach 360 DEGREE UNBOXING  , so that our team can properly investigate and provide you with the best solution .

 

  • EMPTY BOX RECEIVED : If you've received an empty box , you can raise this complain with us and it is mandatory to share the 360 DEGREE UNBOXING VIDEO . So that our team will properly investigate and provide you the best solution . 

 

 

 After that you can attach all the required images and videos .

 

If you proceed further with refund request you'll get 2 options to select your refund mode : 

1 Refund to store credit : You'll be provided with a coupon code which will be valid for lifetime and you can use it whenever you further want to shop with or you can also give it to your fellow mates . You will be provided with coupon code once your return order picked up by courier person.

2 Refund to Bank Account : If you want your amount to be directly credited to your bank account then you can select this option and fill the account details below . Bank refund will be initiated once return order got delivered to our warehouse and pass a quality check.

NOTE-Refund will not be initiated in case of used/wrong product return

 

Then confirm the address for pickup and proceed with the request .

 

 

That's it your return/exchange request will be placed . Your return will be picked up from your respective address within 2-3 days after your return is approved .

Return/Exchange is only possible once per order and we do not accept return/exchanged for used products .

Kindly take acknowledgement slip from the courier boy at the time of return pickup .

 

Important *  If any customer has placed second time return /exchange request against the same order then customer needs to self ship his order to our warehouse and the courier charges for the self shipment will not be payable *

 

Q. Where should I self-ship the Exchange orders?
You can self ship your exchange orders to the following address :

P.S :- Please do not ship any products to the above address until & unless your pin code falls under NSZ( Non- Serviceable Zone ) or you've placed second time request for reverse pick up once you initiate an exchange.

Q. How will I get my refund  ?

Your refund will be done in the form of gift card  , which will be provided to you over sms or mail id . Your refund is valid for lifetime , you can use it whenever you want to shop with us future  .

Q. When will I receive exchange order  ?

Your exchange order will be processed as soon as your return will reach our warehouse and your exchange order id will be shared with you .

Q. If prepaid order gets RTO , how will I get my refund ?

Your refund will be done and gift card will be provided to you ,  you can use it to purchase your shoes from our website .
